Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Decor Empires, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines our return and refund process clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
• The return request must be raised within 14 days of receiving the order
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation number) must be provided
• The item must not be damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery
• Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
• Items without original packaging or missing parts
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
4. Exchange Policy
Please note that Decor Empires does not offer product exchanges at this time. If you wish to get a different product, you may:
• Return the eligible item for a refund (as per our return policy)
• Place a new separate order for the desired product
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Step 1: Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
• Step 2: Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
• Step 3: Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days
• Step 4: If approved, we will share return instructions and pickup details
• Step 5: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Step 6: Our courier will pick up the item from your address
Please do not ship items back without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for the product value.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
• Clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the packaging as received
• Your order ID and contact number
We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
• If cancelled before dispatch: Full refund will be processed
• If cancelled after dispatch: The order cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process once delivered
COD orders that are refused at delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders from the same address.
9. When a Refund May Be Rejected
We reserve the right to reject a refund or return request in the following cases:
• Return request made after 14 days of delivery
• Item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering by the customer
• Original packaging is missing or damaged
• Item does not match what was originally delivered (wrong item returned)
• Insufficient proof of purchase provided
