1. Overview

At Decor Empires, we are committed to delivering your home decor products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about our delivery process, timelines, and coverage across Pakistan.

2. Shipping Coverage

Decor Empires delivers all over Pakistan, including:

• All major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta

• Secondary cities — Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Sukkur and more

• Remote and rural areas — we strive to reach every corner of Pakistan

3. Shipping Cost

Decor Empires offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value required. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Please note that business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

5. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it typically takes 1 business day to process and dispatch. You will receive a confirmation message with your order details after purchase.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner's website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at your provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. In case of a failed delivery:

• You will be contacted via phone to reschedule

• If the order cannot be delivered after 2 attempts, it will be returned to us

• Re-delivery charges may apply for returned orders

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, certain situations may cause delays beyond our control, including:

• Public holidays and Eid seasons

• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters

• Political or civil disruptions

• High volume periods (sale seasons)

• Courier partner operational issues

In case of any significant delay, we will notify you via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

9. Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

• Take clear photos or a video of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon delivery

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

• Share the photos via WhatsApp or email to support@decorempires.com

We will arrange a replacement or full refund for items confirmed as damaged during transit at no extra cost to you.

10. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Decor Empires is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order — before it is dispatched.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partners may not carry change for large amounts.

COD orders must be confirmed via a phone call before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, your order may be delayed.
