1. Introduction

Welcome to Decor Empires. By accessing or placing an order on our Shopify store (decorempires.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Decor Empires is an online home decor store operating in Pakistan, offering furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, wall art, decor items, and plants & pots.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on Decor Empires are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or product photography.

Our products are imported and carefully selected to meet premium quality standards.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Decor Empires reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

4. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available all over Pakistan

• Online Bank Transfer

• JazzCash

All online payments are processed securely. Decor Empires does not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Decor Empires delivers all over Pakistan with the following terms:

• Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation

• Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders — no minimum order required

• Delivery Area: All major cities and towns across Pakistan

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or peak seasons. Decor Empires is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• Return request must be raised within 14 days of receiving the order

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

• Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted for return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

7. Exchange Policy

Please note that Decor Empires does not offer product exchanges at this time. If you wish to get a different product, you may return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

8. Refund Policy

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected by our team, a refund will be processed under the following terms:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash

• Refund processing time: 5 to 7 business days after return approval

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Decor Empires reserves the right to reject a refund request if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Decor Empires website including images, logos, text, and product descriptions are the property of Decor Empires. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Decor Empires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

13. Privacy Policy

Your personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
